All goods and services are subject to availability. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

When placing an order you are declaring that you are the appropriate legal age to purchase the item and that the person accepting delivery of your order is aged 18 or over. If it is found that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to terminate all account facilities immediately, without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order. All deliveries will require a signature. 

On delivery of your product please inspect the goods for damage and notify info@cheylesmoreappliances.co.uk within 2 days of delivery. 

Please note we deliver to mainland UK and Isle of Wight addresses only. We aim to deliver your purchase within 3 - 6 working days from confirmation or acceptance of order subject to availability and unless otherwise stated by our customer service team.

The customer must ensure that for all deliveries that there is a clear unrestricted passage for products to pass through. Heavy bulky goods such as a fridge freezer or washing machine will only be delivered to the first entry point of the premises. Goods will not be passed through your residence/business unless there is clear access and the customer agrees that there is no liability held against the retailer for any walls/floors or fixtures or fittings that may be damaged. You can request the delivery drivers to assist you to move the goods to the point of rest at your own risk.

 

Please note that if you select a scrappage option your old appliance must be fully emptied, disconnected and defrosted. We will not be held liable for any damages leaks and spillages caused from the scrapped appliance upon removal from the premises.

 

Please note that deliveries once booked cannot be changed, anycancelation, failed or refused delivery will incur a re-delivery charge. All items will be delivered to the GROUND FLOOR only.

 

We're sorry that adverse weather conditions may affect our delivery service.

Availability of goods

All products offered are subject to availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone if you have entered the relevant details, then you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on our Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. However, this will not affect any orders that have been accepted and therefore dispatched.

 

All customers must reside in mainland UK or the Isle of Wight.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the contract or return your item(s) under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013, within 14 working days from the date you received it for an exchange or refund.

 

 

All monies will be refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. We will refund your account with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. However the following points must be observed:

Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging if possible.

Please ensure that the product is well packed so it does not get damaged on its return journey. The receipt or other valid proof of purchase must be returned with the unused item(s).

Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.

For small items the amount charged for collection is £10.

For larger items the amount charged for collection is £35.

All products are checked on return to our warehouse. In the event of the product being used or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be processed. An example of the cost for accessories that will be charged is as follows: 

1. Remote control £40 including VAT. 

2. Instruction book/manual £10 including VAT

 

If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and you will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

If the product develops more than three technical faults in the first year of the guarantee period an identical replacement will be offered subject to availability.

 

 

We may provide links to other web sites or resources from time to time. Any such link to other web sites or resources is not an endorsement of such web site or resources and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of and content on such web sites or resources.
